Unlike a large, busy bookstore, The Cat Lounge & Bookshop is an intimate place where you can take your time, touch the books, browse without feeling rushed, and simply enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. By appointment, guests can also spend time in our beautiful Zen-inspired Cat Lounge for $12 per hour, playing with and relaxing alongside our cats. With upcoming events like women’s circles, poetry, live music, and book clubs, we’re creating a special gathering place for the Milford community—bringing books, creativity, connection, and cats together under one roof.
